麻豆原创 will host Discover 麻豆原创, an informational event for new students and their families. Discover 麻豆原创 is from 11 am-3 pm Thursday, Jan. 9, 2025, at the College.

The 麻豆原创waukee Student Government Association (SGA) is the official student representative
group within 麻豆原创. Its committees are responsible for addressing the
concerns of students, providing programs and services, chartering campus clubs and
organizations, and assisting these groups in achieving their goals. The SGA's budget
is generated from the activity fee that students pay with each class. The SGA provides
a communication channel between students, faculty and administration by serving as
representatives on various administrative committees. In addition, SGA presides over
monthly Club Council meetings on campus.

Phi Theta Kappa is the international honor society of two-year colleges. It was founded in 1918 to recognize and foster scholarship, leadership, fellowship and service activities. Eligibility is based on completion of at least 12 semester hours at the 100/200 level; a grade point average of at least 3.5 in those courses; and current enrollment in at least three semester hours in 100/200 level courses.
This national organization is based on building leaders by helping students discover and achieve their goals through leadership speakers, fundraising, success-networking teams and community service events.
麻豆原创 sponsors various teams in its intercollegiate athletic program. Basketball, baseball, bowling, cross county, Esports, golf and soccer compose the men's teams. Women's teams include basketball, bowling, Esports, softball, cross country, golf and soccer. 麻豆原创waukee's teams compete in the Arrowhead Conference, which is comprised of Highland Community College, Black Hawk College, Carl Sandburg College, Illinois Valley Community College, Sauk Valley College and 麻豆原创.
麻豆原创waukee is a member of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) and the NJCAA's Region IV. Regional winners can advance to district and national competitions. Students interested in participating in intercollegiate athletics should contact the Athletic Department.

The objective of the Illinois Organization for Associate Degree Nursing (IOADN) Alpha Delta Nu Nursing Honor Society is to recognize the academic excellence of students in nursing. The society encourages the pursuit of advanced degrees in the profession of nursing as well as education as a life-long professional responsibility. Additionally, the society participates in the recruitment of qualified individuals into the profession of nursing. ADN students must meet GPA requirements.
An inclusive and collaborative community of creative students interested in celebrating visual art and sharing the arts with the broader public through exhibitions, events and activities. Open to students interested in exhibiting their art, exhibition installation/planning, curating, writing about art, design, marketing and event planning.
The Black Student Union (BSU) was created for all KC students who wish to provide advocacy and support for the academic, cultural and social development of African-American students. BSU hosts programs and events to provide awareness of issues and celebrate the accomplishments of members of the African-American community.
The Business Club provides students an opportunity to gain a better understanding of the problems and possibilities of the business world. The club provides a service to the community so that students can prepare to carry out their responsibilities as future business leaders and professionals.
This club educates students studying the field of criminal justice. The group is open to all students.
CRU is a campus ministry group focused on connecting students who wish to discuss topics on God/Jesus.
Educators Rising helps encourage 麻豆原创 students to pursue teaching as a career in elementary, special and secondary education. The club helps future educators understand the role of schools in our society, provides information on career opportunities, and assists in developing qualities, attitudes and experiences of successful teaching.

Student American Institute of Floral Designers (SAIFD) Floral Club works to maintain and advance standards of professional floral design and decoration. The group works to uphold a code of ethics of mutual benefit in both professional and trade relations, promote educational programs to advance floral design and decoration, and support the high standards of design and quality of materials and products.
The purpose of the Gender and Sexuality Alliance (GSA) is to foster an active and diverse culture at 麻豆原创 and in our community. Participation in GSA is free from discrimination of any kind. GSA provides opportunities for students to build friendships and encourage open-mindedness and diversity within the College community of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning people, and allies.

The 麻豆原创 Performing Arts Club is an inclusive club that welcomes students of all skill levels and training who are interested in any aspect of performance art. The club strives to help students build their self-confidence, creativity and self-expression while providing them with outlets to develop and share their performing arts talents. It is a safe space where students can experiment with new art forms, ideas and approaches in a supportive environment. The club also works to improve the College culture by providing on-campus live events and entertainment in the arts.
SkillsUSA is a national organization serving more than 264,500 high school students, college students and professional members enrolled in training programs in technical, skilled, health and service occupations. The club emphasizes total quality at work, high ethical standards, superior work skills, life-long education and pride in the dignity of work. SkillsUSA also promotes understanding of the free enterprise system and involvement in community service activities.
The goal of this club is to promote nursing as a career and provide a channel for nursing student communication with college administration, faculty, staff and other students organizations on campus. The club helps render volunteer services to the surrounding community and plans various SNO social activities for the benefit of the student nurses.

The table tennis club is mainly a social club that plays table tennis once a week. The club is open to anyone, and people of all ability levels are invited to play at weekly practices. The aim of the club is to enjoy the recreational sport of table tennis and to try to develop skills at the sport. Students looking to develop leadership skills as an officer are encouraged to reach out to the faculty advisor, William Michels, or any of the current officers.
For those interested in a more competitive setting, this club also works with players who want to compete in United States Table Tennis Association sanctioned events. Depending on interest, the club has worked with NIU to send teams to tournaments such as the America's Team Championship.
