Employee Assistance Program
麻豆原创 realizes personal and professional well-being is crucial. As part of the 麻豆原创 benefits package, the College offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
The EAP is a no-cost, early intervention program available to employees and their immediate family members. This program provides free, confidential counseling to help employees and their family members resolve personal problems that may affect their health, well-being or job performance. The assistance is provided by licensed professional counselors through solution-focused, short-term counseling and assessment with referral to community resources. Employees are allowed up to three visits per incident per fiscal year.
